Advice from the Owner
This project includes 3 garden in a box 2 - Colorado Oasis in front 1 - Splendid Seasons on the side I am a beginner gardener and fairly new to the state so I wasn't sure what to do to my yard, which was bare dirt and no beds to work with. The process was very easy, I just used the plant by numbers to lay out my plants and getting all 86 plants in the ground was the hardest part (and that wasn't too bad!). No soil amendments were needed as these are all mostly native. I set the soaker hose timer as directed in the plant care literature and mother nature did the rest. Keep in mind these plants are only a few months old and will continue to fill in and mature over the next few years. Some have filled in quickly and some will establish their root systems the first year and appear slower to grow. Patience is key as everything comes in and it may fill in a little unevenly at first.
