Advice from the Owner
I picked up my Garden In A Box kit at the start of the season, but it took about a month to get on the schedule for lawn removal so I didn't get to plant until about six weeks after getting my plants. The plant maps were easy to follow, although I made a few changes based off my yard. I didn't anticipate the bunnies would love so many of the plants - half my plants were literally chomped to the ground overnight. I made cages to protect the plants until they were bigger. Our south-facing front yard was always weedy and dry despite watering and fertilizing, so I wanted a change that would improve our curb appeal. Overall I'm very happy with how it turned out, and wish I'd done this project years ago!
